I found a building I like! ? But before I get too excited... there are rules...rules... rules! Meeting with the City of Menasha... why does each town vary so much with rules?! Menasha zones differently than Neenah, so I’d need a code amendment, but they allow more people to live together before requiring all the expensive things like a sprinkler system etc etc etc. One step forward... 10 back... but I’ll get there!
